Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VialMind collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what's needed to run your account, we don't sell it, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- What you enter: peptides, vial and mixing details, doses, schedules, cycles, supply counts, household member names and the doses you mark as taken. This can include health-related information, so we treat it as sensitive.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
- Technical details: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept by our hosting providers to keep the service secure and working.
The free calculator saves your last entries in your own browser only. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
How we use it
Only to provide VialMind: to sign you in, save and sync your protocol between your devices, run your subscription, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We don't sell or rent personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share what you enter with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
- Supabase stores your account and data and handles sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces the site uses, which lets Google see your IP address when a page loads.
Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
Who can see your data
Your protocol is tied to your account, and the database only lets your signed-in account read or change it. Household members you add are names inside your account, not separate logins.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your data while you have an account. You can download everything, or delete all of it, from your account page at any time. To close your account completely, email us and we'll remove your account details within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email support@vialmind.app and we'll help within 30 days.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and access to data is limited by account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
Age
VialMind is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
